I know what “hard” feels like, promise!


I’m the mom of 2 school-aged kids, one of whom has special needs. I come from a lengthy background in human behavior and psychology, & currently host the top ranking podcast, “She, Illuminated.”

Like you, I know how overwhelming life can feel while doing my darndest to tend to “all the things” and keep life running smoothly. I’ve also learned the hard way that if I don’t slow down once in a while, I burn out. Thanks to years of engaging in my own mindset and soul work, I’ve learned powerful tools to infuse my life with calm, purpose, and joy.

Other fun facts about me: I love “reading books” on the Audible app, music & movement give me life, and I’ve become a real morning person in middle-age (with the help of coffee).
